Kim joined NxtGen Advisory Group in January 2025. She supports the firm administratively in client services and marketing. Kim loves connecting with clients and ensuring they receive prompt, efficient support and she learns something new about the financial services industry every day!
Prior to joining the NxtGen Team, Kim spent 7 years owning and operating two art studio franchises in the Central Florida area as well as many years working in Human Resources with Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
Kim was born and raised in the great state of Wisconsin (Go Packers!) and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Wisconsin -Stout. She moved to Florida after graduation and when people ask what she loves about Florida, she tends to steal her husband’s one-liner: you don’t have to shovel sunshine!
On the weekends Kim and her husband, Ty, love to enjoy the pool or beach, spend time with friends and family, and play board games.
