Andre has been an esteemed professional within the banking and finance industry since 1999 and has served as a Financial Consultant with Equitable Advisors since 2012. He is a Founding Member and Senior Partner of NxtGen Advisory Group, LLC.

His practice focuses on providing business owners and executives with assistance in wealth accumulation and preservation, executive benefits, retirement planning, and estate planning. Andre is adept at offering a diverse array of financial services to his clients, including insurance, annuities, stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.

Prior to his tenure at Equitable Advisors, Andre accrued significant experience over seven years in major institutions such as banks and broker-dealers, where he specialized in consolidated planning, control, and HR compensation strategy. Additionally, he held the position of Vice President at a privately-owned construction corporation for seven years.

Andre's qualifications include FINRA series 7, 66, and 24 registrations, as well as life insurance and variable annuity licenses for the state of Florida. He is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) Professional and a Nonqualified Plan Consultant and manages over $100 million of assets for his clients. He is also a proud member of CFHLA – Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association. 

His academic background comprises a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Currently residing in Florida with his wife Yamila and their son Leon, Andre's personal interests include playing tennis and golf, and engaging in social gatherings with friends and family.
